Founded by Harry Yu, the creator of Miss Dessert, Ricemill offers a unique, build-your-own rice bowl experience. Guests start by choosing a base, followed by premium proteins and an assortment of fresh, flavorful veggie toppings. The meal is then finished with a selection of house-made sauces, including Signature Szechuan Mala Sauce, House K-Style Hot Sauce, Honey Chili Aioli, Yuzu Miso Sauce, and Caramelized Scallion Sauce. To celebrate its grand opening, Ricemill will host a special event on March 22 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., featuring a DJ, Phoenix Suns dancers, and interactive activities.
